According to Gregorian calendar,new year is celebrated on 1st January of every year. It is a joyous occasion which is celebrated all over the world.New year is believed to bring happiness in the lives of people as it reflects new, fresh beginnings and leaving all the bad and negative experiences behind.It is the most active minded holiday where people take time to evaluate their lives and make plans for the future. This day gives us an opportunity to spend quality time for our friends and family too💓

• Routines and rituals you usually follow during New Year celebrations.

Rituals that I followed during New year celebrations is that..cleanse, renewing , and rewire to bring in new patterns,” forgetting all the past and thanking God for all the things and for this gorgeous life... Besides all this I enjoy new year with a group of friend... Having parties, dancing, singing.., Watching Netflix, making fun of each other etc.. Then after trekking..its give a great level of happiness

• Cultural activates organised in the celebrations.

Not so cultural but Annapurna Mountain Range
Trekking to the one of the Nepals most iconic mountain ranges. Annapurna consists of numerous peaks of varying heights. Of these, Annapurna I and Annapurna II are the tallest at 8000 meters providing awe-inspiring, snow-capped panoramic views of the Himalayas. So that added a dose of adventure to New Year celebrations by scaling Annapurna and witness the terrain change within every 5 km.

• Foods served during the celebrations

Eating meals on treks is a challenge to many. Trekking is a high calorie-consuming activity so that on the basis of this we had consumed Lunch and dinner consist of carbohydrate-rich food and whole grains which digest slowly, giving us more stable energy during the day.Some dry food. We had drink 6 litres of water through the day (this requires practice). It has prevent muscle cramps and keep us hydrated. Also, water contains oxygen, which can compensate for the low oxygen levels on high altitude treks. Besides all this at first we have done parties. At sharp 12:00 o'clock by consuming different chicken items, momos, pizzas, little bit alcohol too.

• Decorations of the New year celebrations

In this 2k23 new year, I'm planning to have a great party with my family, friends and relative too...I'm so happy once again i can meet all my friends and relatives.Not so much decorated but I'm planning to add some blinking lights and disco lights at home.. And various kind of foods stuffs that they desire. As for dancing and singing I have enough sound systems at my home..........❤️

I know its not much decorated but I preferred at this time... 💗
