Hello my beautiful steemians from all Over the Globe, how are you all doing today, I hope that you all are having a wonderful time here on this beautiful platform. I'm also happy to be here one's again and also happy to have you all right here with me. Today happens to be the first time of me coming across this wonderful community I'm so much glad indeed. I will be participating in another engagement challenge season19/W1, it happens to be a very wonderful contest titled "Power Of Communication Skills". I will be sharing my own thoughts and Idea's concerning the topic and I hope that it will also help some of us to learn from my own points of view. All thanks to @Hindwhale Community for bringing up this wonderful topic. I will start from here without wasting time.

Yeah indeed, i definitely agree with this statement "Communication Skill Is The Power". Communication skill simply refers to the ability to effectively convey information through the act of sharing idea's, thoughts and feelings through some various means such as writing, listening and speaking. It also involves the act of clearly articulating thoughts and Idea's thereby using appropriate tone and pitch through active listening and understanding each others perspective.

Communication also helps Individuals to share their experiences and thoughts best on the information been shared by the speaker, it also helps Individuals to respond appropriately to feedback and questions through the act of using some media devices such as phone and email, communication can also helps friends and Individuals to resolve conflict and achieve professional goals in life.

A Good Communication skill must be present in some certain situations. A communication skill can easily occur at a conflict resolution, there must be a problem between a group of friends or individuals which can easily leads to misunderstanding and quarrelling. This is the exactly point where a person with a good communicating skill can gets to solve the issue with a specific mindset and this will help the issue to get solved, through the power of communicating skill it will also makes individual to feel comfortable and find a beneficial solution to the problem which can make a significant difference in achieving a positive outcome.

We have so many historians where the power of communication skills leads to a good change. I have a wonderful young lady on my active list named Susan B Anthony, she was a pioneering American suffragist in women's right activists and social reformer. She play a vital role in the women suffrage movement, fighting for woman right to vote and own properly. She decided to travel and give speeches and organising campaigns for women right through the power of communication skill.

She also has a notable achievement which was the advocating for the 15th amendment ensuring African men's rights to vote. Her dedication and powerful oratory skills made her a leading figure in the fight for women's social justice. Her legacy continues to inspire generations of women's rights and social reformers through the power of a good communication skills and active listening.

For one to to improve in his or her communication skill, it requires a person to practice self awareness so as to help adapt to different situations and people. For one to also improve in his or her communication skill, one has to practice the act of listening fast thereby paying attention to the speaker then maintain eye contact and ask clarifying questions so as to help the speaker to understand from your own point of view. Another thing is to practice mindfulness, being present in a moment of discussion can also helps a person to stay focused and attentive in conversation.

Reading books and articles is also an excellent way for a person to improve in his or her communication skills, reading exposes someone to new words and phrases which can easily enhance your written communication, reading book's on some various topics can also helps to broden knowledge which will also helps you to understand diverse perspectives and effective communications, it requires critical thinking which can improves a person's ability to evaluate arguments and articulate your thoughts as you will be exposed to various writing styles and language usage.

Communication skills are essential for success in all aspects of life, you will become more effective and confident communicator, which will leads you to greater success and fulfilment in all areas of your life.
