How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Cooking is an art.Every family cooking style is actually different, Winter has not come yet, In fact, there is no saying that winter should be laughed at. In Dhaka city, people always like to eat duck now.Today I have cooked duck in my house, so I am sharing the recipe of how to cook duck in my house.

I will take a whole duck along with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
Then add cinnamon, cardamom, long pepper, garlic paste, onion paste, ginger paste.
Chop onion along with salt and oil.

The duck was brought with dressing from the market but after bringing it home there is a lot of work then we wash the duck well and wash it and burn it again because there are many small hairs on the top which are burnt then we cut it nicely.Then wash and freshen up.

In Patil, I will give all at once, chopped onion, cinnamon, cardamom, long bay leaf oil, all at once.Fry it well and give turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, cumin powder, Dunya powder all at once.

Then I will grind the spices well, when it is grinded, I will add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and more.Then grind these spices well again.

Then pour a little hot water on the spices and when the spices are ground well, then I will cook the washed ducks very well.Stir well with the duck meat.

I will add all the duck meat and shake it well because if you don't stir well, the spices will not go inside the meat and also add some green chili. Green chili will give a very nice smell to the meat.

After a while, open the lid and see that the water has gone, then cover it again and squeeze the ears well until the water dries up.

When the water that comes out of the duck dries up, but it has to be watered again because the bones of the duck are hard, so I will add a little warm water and add hot water in between, and when the water that is on the face dries up and becomes completely roasted, then I again I will give the masala made by my own hands.

In another extra, I will fry garlic cloves and green chillies in oil, when it turns brown, I will add it to the duck because it will give a very beautiful smile.And it's better to put some garlic inside the duck because garlic is very good when cut or chopped, so I added garlic again.

After adding the garlic, cover it with a lid and stir it for two to three minutes, then this is my duck, then turn off the stove and take it out and serve.

My duck cooking for lunch is complete now if you want you can eat it with chicken polao you can eat it with rice you can eat it with bread you can eat it with rice bread it is actually you will like this duck meat any way you want eat it with pita.At 300 feet in our Dhaka city, I went there and ate duck. They sell it with pita and rice bread. They sell it at a high price. Actually, the taste of the food there is different and the taste of home cooked food is different.
