Welcome to my belog,How are you all.I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today here I am participating This amazing and interesting contest HWC contest food diary game.This contest organized by honorable [email protected] a wonderful contest.I am Thankful for mam and whole Hindwhale community team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .Today I am share you daily menus of the day .I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back
Let's move towards and starts my food diary of the day
My day starts at 6: am.i prayer fajur .then went to park with my husband morning walk .This park is nearest from house.we have been inside the park for an hour.Then we came back home.take some rest .then we t to kitchen for preparing breakfast.fir a few days I had gained weight .so loss the weight I ate light food .other wise I ate in breakfast frying eggs and parathas .I love frying eggs and parathas .children were sleeping due to the Saturday holiday .after breakfast fast I opened steemit account and checked notifications .then again I was slept.for two hours .
My servant came in my house she was cleaned my house.after completing my house chores .my husband went to market and bring some groceries.and bring beef meat ,bongs piya.and he was told me you had to cooked beef piya.This is my husband favourite dish.
Then I went to kitchen for preparing lunch.in the other one I boiled bong piya when the bong piya tender .then frying in frying pen I was add all the spices yougrt when the gravy is ready add all the bong piya in pen .it's very delicious and energetic dish.when the food was cooked we enjoyed lunch together .
After lunch I take a short nap .nap is very important for human day .it's gives us energy of our body .In the evening my friend came in my house.she and I both went to roof of my house and enjoyed drunk tea and ate gugger ladu.Today the weather was very pleasant .we chit chat about 1 hours then she went to her house.she was my neighbour and good friend of me .
After maghrab prayer I went to kitchen for preparing Dinner .Today I made chicken biryani .I like chicken biryani .chicken is good source of protein .it's easy too cook.its very demanding dish and delicious also .
