Hello Every one,

How are you I am @roohi Asif from Pakistan.i hope you save and healthy by the grace of Allah.Todsy I am participating this amazing contest contest Alert||| hwc contest #72 The food diary game week14.thisconyest organized by honorable mod joyti-thelight.i am very thankful to whole hind whale community team to giving me a opportunity to bring my abilities.

Let's move towards and starts contest.

Breakfast

My day starts 6: am.prayer fajur then doing some exercise roof of my house.after that I take bath.then I am going to kitchen for preparing
Breakfast.i made tea and today I eat tea with bun.due to the increase of my weight I prefer light food.

Children were sleeping due to the summer vecation.only me and my husband doing breakfast .

Lunch time

My son going to market and bring some groceries.Today I make beef curry. with rice this is my favourite dish. First of all I am frying spices I tomatoes and add onions then frying gravy foam,then add meat .

When cooked food .we ate lunch .every body like beef curry with rice .my son told me mom food is very delicious.tomorrow you again make beef curry .then I take a short nap.

Evening time

I am going to terrace usually I drink tea in the terrace .in the evening I made potato sandwiches .I eat sandwiches .the cool breez were blowing the weather is so pleaset.I talked to my daughter for a long time.then I came back room after maghrab.

Dinner menu

I am going to kitchen for preparing dinner .Today I made gobi gosht .I wash and cut the gobi .then I cooked gobi gosht.

Then we ate dinner .And thanks to Allah, Allah has blessed us with good blessings.badically cooking is art And no one can cook good food.The food is cooked with great care and patience.i make gobi gosht twice a week.Cabbage is cooked in different styles sometimes with dal and sometimes with chicken and some time I made cabbage of parathas.
