Assalam-o-Alakum

How are you I am ROOHI ASIF from Pakistan.I hope you also fine by the grace of Allah.you all are welcome to my belog.Today I am going to share with you one of my daily food diary.I appreciate hunarable admin @joyti - the light the title of this contest is h w c contest #61 food diary game week-8.
Let's move towards the contest and starts.

Breakfast

My day started at6: am.I prayer fajur then doing some exercise.after that I take a bath.then I am going to kitchen for preparing breakfast and I made tea .due to the hot summer I don't like heavy food so eat fruit bun with tea this is very light food and easy to digest .

Lunch time

My son going to market and bring some grocerious .he bring meat,vegetables and fruits and he request me mom please make us dal and chwal .I made Dala and chwal twice a week then I am going to kitchen and preparing for lunch my daughter helped me .she some the rice in water and I made split chickpeas(chana ki dal) after that l cooked rice.

When dal and chwal ready I made salate without salate and pickle my family don't eat dal and chwal it's compulsory .

Then we ate lunch .Everyone ate with relish.After eating we all thanked Allah and prayed.

Evening time

In the evening mostly I am going to my terrace for drinking tea when I entered the terrace.Cold winds started blowing.In the evening the weather got better.then my daughter made tea bring with biscuits.then we ate evening tea with my family and lot of enjoyed.

Dinner menu

I prayer maghrab then I am going to kitchen for preparing dinner menu Today I made chicken Tikka .In the afternoon, I seasoned the chicken to make it tender.After that, I put the chicken on the stove to rot.

When chicken Tikka is ready and I served it riyta and bread .Delicious homemade chicken taka is ready.my all family member ate together .Everyone was happy after eating the chicken taka.cooked the food heartly is very important for cooking.
