Greetings to you all and welcome to my Engagement Challenge entry for the theme of this week's from this amiable community. This week's engagement topic gives me the opportunity to share with everyone three destinations I've come to admire for a long time and I hope to visit some day.

In the course of running my weekly contest titled "Guess the Country", I have been carrying out a lot of research behind the facts and nature's of different countries so I can come up with intriguing fun facts. Therefore, I feel that I have learnt a lot about some countries and they intrigue me a lot to the point that sometimes I can't help but imagine myself in streets of various cities in these countries. So without further ado, here I present to you my pick of the 3 countries I will like to settle in, although having in mind that I can live in all these countries at once.

Let me walk you you through what makes Switzerland such a unique destination for me. Are you ready? Now imagine standing in the midst of a picture-perfect landscape that is surrounded by towering snow-covered mountains which seems to be touching the sky. Oh yes! That is the famous Swiss Alps for you.

These majestic mountains are such a breathtaking sight, and not just that because they also offer incredible opportunities for outdoor adventures like skiing, snowboarding, paragliding and even hiking (one of my favourite activity), therefore I can say it is like stepping into a wonderland of the winter.

Switzerland is also home to some truly amazing cities like the ever popular Zurich, Geneva, and Lucerne that I always see myself walking through the streets feeling their cobblestone pathways underneath my feet, with each city giving my unique vibe and their cultural heritage with a handful of historical landmarks and world-class museums to visit.

Switzerland has always been a country after my heart as the people of Switzerland are known for their precision and attention to detail which is seen in their famous Swiss watches. I've heard rumours that everything in Switzerland runs like clockwork as I can rely on the trains to be on time, the streets to be clean, and the services to be top-notch. This is indeed a testament of their commitment to excellence as they are also known to have strong emphasis on quality education and healthcare, no wonder they have national flag with resemblance to that of a Red cross.

When it comes to employment, Switzerland is known to offer very strong job market with diverse opportunities for visitors. The country is known to have well-established rules and regulations which ensure fair treatment and protection for workers.

As for defense, Switzerland is well known to have a golden reputation for being neutral and maintaining a strong defense system, which contributes to its safe and secure environment for visitors.

Lastly, in the area of income, Switzerland is known for its high standard of living and competitive wages, which will be beneficial for me as I seek better financial opportunities.

Let me paint a picture of why I so dearly love the country New Zealand for you. New Zealand has always been a dreamland to me, although after Switzerland, and you might be wondering what connections do I have with countries that ends with "Land".

I feel that countries that ends with the word "Land" has the best of nature to offer, and I'm such a nature lover. In this sense, New Zealand is known for rolling green hills as far as the eye can see, with towering mountains that touch the sky just like those of Switzerland but then it also has sparkling blue lakes that reflect the surrounding landscapes like a mirror. This right is nature's finest and it is like nature turned up the volume to the max with New Zealand.

Life in New Zealand is said to be all about embracing the outdoors. The kiwis as they call themselves love to go out and explore as one can go hiking through the lush forests, hop on a boat to spot whales and dolphins, or even try on some adrenaline-pumping activities like bungee jumping or skydiving (but then, I'm afraid of heights), lol 😂.

However, rumours have it that New Zealand is not just about the natural beauty that makes it special as the people known to very welcoming and also tagged as some of the friendliest and most welcoming people one can ever meet, reminds me of how my beloved country Nigerians loves strangers more than it indigenous people.

Lastly, let us not forget about the wildlife New Zealand has to offer, as it serves as home to some unique creatures such as the kiwi bird. A flightless bird with a long beak and fuzzy feathers which is the national symbol of New Zealand then again, dolphins are said to be spotted swimming along the coast with seals sunbathing on the rocks. So tell me, what's there not to love about New Zealand?

In the Area of employment, New Zealand offers various opportunities as the country is also very well-established in rules and regulations that ensure fair treatment and protection for workers.

As for defense, New Zealand is known for its peaceful and safe environment, which benefits each and every individual by providing a sense of security, and for income, the country has a very strong and vibrant economy with competitive wages, which benefits someone like me seeking financial stability.

Australia is known to be a whole different world on it is own, with its stunning landscapes and unique wildlife, having vast deserts stretching as far as the eye can see, golden sandy beaches that go on for miles, and lush rainforests teeming. It is indeed a country that's full of surprises as it houses both deserts and lush green forestry.

Life in Australia like that of the former two I have mentioned is all about the outdoors. Aussies as they love to be called, love their outdoor activities, whether it is surfing the waves, hiking through rugged mountains, or just chilling out on the beach with a cold drink in hand as they have weather that is pretty awesome, with lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. What do you expect, I can't be in the colds of Switzerland and New Zealand forever, because Australia is like summer all year round and I need warmth too.

Like New Zealand, Australia is also blessed with incredible wildlife as it is home to the likes of kangaroos and koalas, but then, these two are just the tip of the iceberg as Australia is home to some of the most unique and fascinating animals on the planet such as the cuddly wombats to colorful parrots, making up an amazing wildlife diversity.

Of course, the people of Australia are also known for their friendly nature. So don't worry, I will feel just right at home with warm hospitality and easygoing attitude.

In the aspect of employment, Australia is known to offer a wide range of opportunities for everyone, like the others, it has well-established rules and regulations that protect workers and ensure fair treatment.

As for defense, Australia is also a country known to have a strong defense system, that contributes to a safe and secure environment for everyone. Australia is also known to have high standards of living and competitive wages, providing everyone with potential financial benefits.
