In this world 🌎 there are so many different types of foods are available. But there are some food that will affect our body and also reduce our life time so before eating food we have to analyse the good and bad things we can get it from the food. By eating fastfood continuously it will increase the fat percentage and cholesterol levels in our body. So we have to eat food as healthy.now I had going to share my food with good and healthy food of chapathi. It is a famous food in our India. There are no words to tell the taste of chapathi. It is depens on the side dish we are eating with it.

Is your favourite food can be easily prepared in home or difficult to prepare ?

Yes it is easy to prepare my favourite food of chapathi in home itself but the side dish also deside the food. If we prepare coconut chutney means it is very easy or if we prepare Chenna masala means it is very difficult. But if we made a side dish one time means we can use it for minimum 2 times and maximum 4 times. Or we can also use pickle, kissan jam, etc..

Do you like it while eating first time?

At first time while eating chapathi I like it very much my mother had prepared it with coconut chutney. The taste was very delicious 😋🤤. I had eat more than five chapathi at the time. After that my mother had prepared some different types of side dish for the chapathi. All the side dish which are prepared by my mother are very nice. Some people in India they will eat non-veg as side dish for chapathi. It is also very tasty. But the price will went to high.

How much the food cost while buying outside? (share the equivalent steem price also)

In our area the the food of chapathi cost while buying outside it is depends on the hotel brand. In some hotel they had fix the price of 1 set of chapathi as 45 in Indian rupees in steem price approximately 3.5 steems. 1 set contains 2 pieces. Some hotel fixed it as 35 in Indian rupees. In steem price approximately 2 steems.

The most important and interesting things about my favourite food of chapathi is very good to health. It is also a diet food. It will help us to maintain our body very healthy and fit. It contains very less amount of cholesterol. But we have to choose the correct side dish for it. At my childhood days I don't know the benefits of my favourite food. But nowadays I know there are so many good things while eating my favourite food of chapathi.
