Starting by wishing good health to all steemit friends. Hindwhale community has organized a wonderful contest with food diary game. Every day our food gives energy to our body and this food also increases immunity in our body. So it is better to have balanced food in our daily meals. So today I will share my daily food diary game with you through this contest. So let's get started.
Food from morning till noon
I wake up in the morning and drink a glass of water. Which gives enough satisfaction to my body. It has been raining heavily towards us for several days now. I have seen from my childhood that my mother used to cook khichuri when it rained. So today it is raining so I wanted to eat khichuri on this rainy day. I quickly cooked khichuri as breakfast. The khichuri was basically fried khichuri with chicken. Anyway, I played the khichuri and remembered my childhood time spent with my mother.
Around 10:30, a friend from the neighboring house came to our house. There was curd in the fridge. So she and I sat together and ate curd and chatted. Actually trying to maintain a good relationship with everyone around.
Food from noon to evening
This morning my father-in-law bought small fish from the market. So I did it in the afternoon and cooked the rice. I also cooked the vegetables. But I only ate rice with small fish at noon. Small fish fulfills various nutritional deficiencies of the body. That is, eating small fish is more nutritious than fun.
Around five o'clock in the afternoon it rained. Yes, I already have a habit of preparing and eating something during rains. So I smeared Chanachur with onion, green chillies and mustard oil. I sat with my husband and ate Jhal Chanachur Makha. We both enjoyed our time together.
dinner
I eat less at night. Try not to eat food like rice for dinner. I don't feel like eating dinner today. There were some fruits so I cut them and ate them. Although it is not a heavy food, it contains nutrients and vitamins. These foods will give energy to my body.

Very nice your post and you have defined your food very nicely from morning to quantity and you can say as you need as much as you like on rainy day food you like and eat food also you talk about small fish food where you like small fish And feed the family very healthy one fish recipe you mentioned here is very good and eating fruit is definitely good for our body and our diet every day for nutrition of our body.
