Shimulia is a remote village in Bangladesh. It is a small village surrounded by rivers, orchards and horizons of golden crop fields. The village has very few homesteads and village population. However, although the village is small, the heart of each villager is very big, everyone comes forward to help each other in danger. Apart from having a school to ensure education for all the children of the village, a mosque for religious education and a field for playing, after the harvest of the fields, the vast fields remained as their playground.

The people of the village spent their lives very happily. All the people of the village are now full of happiness because the paddy of their fields has ripened and after only a few days, the people of the village have started organizing the event after cutting and threshing the rice of their fields and reaping the golden harvest. they are

However, their happiness is suddenly overshadowed by a dark cloud. As the cloud thickens, the farmers fear and their joys begin to disappear. Because if heavy rains begin, the dam they have built along the river near the village will break under the pressure of the water. And as a result their golden crops. It will be destroyed by drowning in water.

As the days passed, the clouds in the sky grew thicker. The villagers started crying in unison and praying to the almighty Lord that their crops would not be harmed. But finally the day came when the silence of the clouds in the sky was broken and the rain began to fall. As time passed, the rain increased in intensity. It was very difficult to leave the house.

Finally, after 3 consecutive days of heavy rain, the water in the river swelled and the water pressure broke the small earthen dam made by the villagers and the water came and submerged all the golden crops of the farmers in the water. Along with this, the farmers suffered hundreds of broken bones and the food supply of their families.

Even a few days ago, the village was filled with joy, after harvesting the crops, everyone in the village had planned to celebrate. However, now only one word came out of their mouths with regret, "Alas, rain".

After a week, the intensity of the rain gradually decreased, the thick black clouds moved away and the sun peeked out from behind the clouds. After the rain, it was a beautiful and shiny morning, so after the rain, the nature was washed by the rain water and became shiny like new, even today is no exception. The surroundings are glittering in the sunlight, but the peasants and villagers do not remember happiness, no joy, no feeling. There is a thick black cloud in their mind and only wails and cries in their hearts. The dreams, festivals and happiness of hundreds of people with the golden harvest are broken like a dam on the bank of the river. One rain ended the dreams of so many people in an instant.

The rain causes unexpected problems for people. It can be a huge help to humans at times, but it can also be a big pain at other times. But since water is essential to human life, we can't imagine a world without rain. We appreciate you taking part in the contest.

Yes, water is essential for human life. However, I have tried to highlight the lives of minority farmers and downtrodden people here
