My opinion for opportunity

In 2025 I would love to see contests like those which show creativity, research and innovation. I would also like challenges like story telling, poetry and essay on personal experience.In the same way I would like contest that are based on art and photography which shows the culture and representation of national art. This show the creativeness of a person.I would like to see those contests that are based on technology where we can present our ideas on Blockchain,Nft and dapps. This will enhance our thinking ability and improve our mindset.

To make a contest successful or rank it on steemit it should have clear guidelines and hostel should be fair in declaration of results.He must have an eye of justice.
Reward
He should declare eye capturing rewards like booming votes to at least first four contestants. This will increase the number of entries.Such contests must be take place on regular basis. The theme of contest must be attractive and different from previous one. This must have interest for users.The hostel should appreciate each user who participated and encourge them.

We can make our community more stronger on steemit platform by organizing more and engaging contests. When we arrange such interesting contests on topics like education, art, photography, biography, culture and more importantly on crypto. We should take one by one and move forward step by step. We should start from basics and than week by week move to pro level. This will show our regularity and consistency. The other area where we should also work is reward. We should announce more reward as compare to other communities. We should try increase steem power of community account and than upvote posts from community this will raise interest of users.
We should arrange meetup of community moderators and officials to set goals for community. We should arrange giveaways a rewards on weekly basis on random days. This will enhance users interest and they will post in regular basis. We should announce tip performer of week and gave him special reward because everyone is working or writing for money if he rewarded than this will boost his confidence and will write more and more. The last thing we should ask users to promote posts on other social media platforms this will increase insights.
