Assalamu Alaikum to everyone. Today I am going to participate in the popular power up contest as always. As always the admin of Hindwhale Community @jyoti-thelight mam is encouraging users to power up whatever they want through this contest. I also regularly power up through this competition. Even today will not be an exception. I will power up some of my SPs and show the process step by step.

- My first step is to log into my Steemit wallet. Then I click on the tick mark next to my liquid steams 258.660 and the power up option will appear. I will click there.
- Then in the second step, an interface called Convert to Steam Power will appear where I will write 258.660 Steam in the Amount box. Then I will click on the following power up option.
- Then the interface named Confirm Transfer to Vesting will appear where I will click on the OK option in the lower part.
- Next step will come sign to complete transfer there I will input my activation key in the blank field. Then I will click on the Sign in option below.
- This is how I completed my power up process. And after i power up my total sp is 23,142.483.
Steem PowerUp is very important for users because Steem powerup has many beneficial aspects. First of all we all know that Steem powerup keeps our clubstates like club5050 / club75 / club100 etc. and thereby increases the chances of getting support from curator accounts of steemit.
On the other hand without clubstates support from the Steemit platform cannot be expected.Also many of us have several SP deposits in steemit wallet that we use to support other users' posts and through this support we can earn SP as a curator, which shows the importance of Steem powerup.
