Gender Equality in the Workplace:
This is one of the important point to address on labours day. Even in the modernized developed world in 2024 we can see Gender inequality in most of the workplaces. I can take my team as an example. I am working in an IT company where in my team there is no woman employee working. It is fully because of my Team manager. He is not having faith among womens in work completion. I tried convincing him but no use of it. I can't do anything as I am just an employee there. I hope in future the mindset of every manager will change and we will see a world with Gender equality.
Another thing is that giving only very easy task to women employee. This also shows the gender inequality among woman and man in workplace.

Workplace Mental Health:
If Mental health in work place is proper then only we can give better productivity. So we should maintain proper workplace mental health. It is not fully from our side only. It is from all our team members and lead. We as a team need to maintain good mental health in workplace. Take rest in between working hours at possible duration. Take leave when you feel sick. also maintain proper work life balance. Spend time with your family. If we maintain proper workplace mental health then work productivity as well as our health will be in better position.

Remote Work and the Future of Work:
We can definitely see future is remote work. Before covid time company will allow us to work only on the desired working location whether onsite or offsite. But as of now they are allowing us to work at any location at minimal condition. We can see future is also remote work only. It is more beneficial to both company as well as ourselves. But from company side they are thinking we are getting some distraction during work time when we are at home so they are getting productivity loss. Complaint from employee side is that during remote work they are providing extra work after our working hours also. If both the issues were sorted out then future will be remote work only. But still some of the work cannot be done as Remote work stays strong with its own work nature.
