Greetings to everyone in the wonderful community and in this platform at large. I hope we all are doing just well today. I welcome you all to yet another period of the steemit engagement contest that has been organized by the steemit team for the purpose of building interaction among users in the steemit platform.

Today I will be dropping my entry regarding to the contest topic that has been given by this community team titled express your special moments. So I urge you all to stay put as I beckon on you to read from me today. I wish you all a happy reading.

Special moment are happy moments we shared with family and friends which helps to tighten the bond we share among ourselves. I will be telling you all about my special moment today.

MORNING TIME

In the morning time, I went to pay a visit to my nephew and niece as though it has been a while I saw them. So my sister was happy to see me and then she asked me to stay a little long while dashed out to get something in the market. It was a wonderful moment for me and the kids.

It has been a while I played and enjoy the moment with them and as such, we played with one another, we sang together and did some children games with them. The joy was massive as they both enjoyed the moment, I equally enjoyed the moment as though it is not something that often happens. So I sang lullaby for them and then we took funny pictures and selfies together. It was a beautiful moment with them.

AFTERNOON TIME

The noon time game and I returned back to where I came from. I took my bath and then I noticed that I haven't seen my friend who usually cut my hair for a while, so I decided to pay him a visit.

On reaching there, I met him and we started chatting and laughing. Talking about the good old days in highschool together and all the things we did back then as children. It was quite hilarious.

And so I noticed that I needed a hair cut before I leave and that was how he offered to give me a lovely hair cut. So I sat on the chair and we continue to chichat as he was cutting my hair. It was a great moment with him.

EVENING TIME

The evening time came and we all know that it is the FIFA WORLD CUP FOOTBALL GAME that everyone is watching in this season which is hosted in QATAR. And as such, I went hope to relax and then I waited for the match to be played by MOROCCO AND PORTUGAL.

So it was the start of the match and the big moment came. Initially it was a combat between Morocco and Portugal, there were chances from both side and I supported Morocco to win the game. Just before half time, Morocco took the lead in the game by 1-0.

The game continued and the second half began, there were lots of battles in the game and at last, Morocco won the match which takes them to the semi final stage in the FIFA world cup. I was so happy when I noticed that the country I supported won the match.

CONCLUSION

It was indeed a big day for me as all the moments I experienced were all special moments so far. Most especially playing with my niece and nephew was great as I got to put smile on their faces.

Also meeting my friend was another amazing thing that happened as though we planned it, it has been a while we sat down to discuss as friends which at the end I got a free hair cut. And lastly, with Morocco winning the quarter finals by beating Portugal was also a wonderful moment for me.
