Greetings Everyone
Assalam o alaikum friends I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty Allah,welcome to my food diary game week:25 hosting by @jyoti-thelight in #hindwhalecommunity ,Contest post link share here.being a mother,wife and sister in low alot of responsibilities on my shoulders specially cooking food that all liked,some time it was difficult task for kids love fried or junk food ,my hubby liked spicy food and my in low love so I maintain balance between both of them wisely.
Breakfast
Today is working day
Today in breakfast I made wheat flour parathas with with fry eggs along with strong tea ☕ compulsory item for my beginning of the day.Eggs are full of protein, calcium so must add in your first meal of the day this nutritional food.
Lunch time
At lunchtime I made chicken handi on my kids request kids back to home and delightfully took there favorite menu ,after that took small nap in afternoon it's daily routine accept weekend,infact after sleep they become more active and happy and completed there home tasks in evening.
Evening snacks
The winter season is ready to come last night I had caught and flu 🤧 and still I faced runny nose ,my mother in low advice me to make herbal tea for flu prevention so I made it quite simple add ginger ,clove and cinnamon stick in hot till water boiled .
I really felt better and impress this home remedy for flu and caught.My kids woke up and did there home tasks,I served them melon and apples as a snacks at evening time, fruits are healthy snacks and very well for all age group.
we must wants to Delicious seasonal fruits 😋 in our daily diet for balance nutritional food requirements fulfilled by these yummy treat given by almighty for us in the world
Dinner
Today I cooked peas rice in dinner because because of flu I had to make quick and easy recipe that all family took so I made pea rice ,the season of peas also come in Pakistan.
The recipe for the this dish is quite simple but extremely delicious and off cause healthy solution of my problem.I pour oil in pan then add sliced onion and ginger garlic paste and fried it then add tomatoes and and peas .
Add enough water for soften the peas then add soaked rice in the pot and add salt green chillies add water as required for perfect rice need to cook.
I covered the lid and cooked on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.I served pea rice with yougart.We all took together and thankful to God, every week I love to participate in this contest and share my daily food activities of the day infact food diary one of my favorites theme that I love to write .
