Hello Everyone!!

I hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest "Steemit Engagement Challenge S11/W5 | " Create a handmade gift for your loved ones with your own hands and ideas.". We always try to make our loved ones happy by showing our love by giving them something special or fulfilling their desires.

For this contest I'm going to prepare biscuits to present some special on her special day. Let's start.

To whom are you giving this item?

I'm making with love these biscuits to present my lovely niece. She love these cookies. Whenever I made these always sent to her but today these are specially made by me for her. My daughter was eating during baking when some cookies baked. Today I didn't allow my kid to have these. I only allowed to eat that biscuits which are broken.

Which special day will you offer him/her?

My niece has cleared her A-Level exams wit straight As. Tomorrow I will go to congratulate her on her biggest achievement.

What makes the gift unique?

This is a surprise gift for her that is specially made for her with love. She loves these cookies.. I spent 2 hours in fever to show my love. These all above points make this gift unique for me. Let me share the recipe of these cookies.

Ingredient

• flour- 4cups
• sugar - 2cup
• butter - /ghee 3/4cup
• egg. - 1 (brushing)
• sprinkle. For garnish)

Procedure

• Take out all ingredients according to the recipe. I'm making today large number of biscuits, you can half the quantity of ingredients for making biscuits but ratio should be according to recipe.

• Mix all ingredients nicely so there should be no lumps in mixture.

• Now give proper shape of biscuits from the mixture. Today my daughter is assisting me in kitchen so she said use cookie's cutter for good and uniform shape.

• Grease baking try with butter and putt all cookies on it.

• Brush egg on all biscuits and then decorate it by sprinkle.

• Preheat the oven at 180°C for 20min and put cookies try in it.

• Bake it for 15-17min or until it's color changing. Please take care of time, extra baking can waste it's tasty.

• Take out biscuits from oven when it's color changed.

• Cool it all biscuit before keep them in box.

• I packed all biscuits in a beautiful box and decorate it . Now 5his gift is ready to present to my niece.

This is very simple recipe and you can made delicious biscuits. This gift will be delivered to my niece when my husband will go to his work and I'm sure she will be very happy.
