Hello Everyone. I am @suborna03
From #Bangladesh
First of all I salute all my Steemian friends who always enjoy my posts and support me properly by my side. I hope you are all well by the grace of the great Creator as I am. Today is not a papercraft post anymore but today I am participating in a weekly contest of @aviral123 mam in Hindwhale Community for which I am thankful to @aviral123 mam. Because for @aviral123 mam I got a chance to participate in this contest and now I am presenting today's contest post.
To be honest I don't get angry that much and if I get angry for any reason then my anger subsides in no time for no reason. But if I ever get angry about a complicated issue, I stop talking for a while and go to a separate room and sit for a while. Then slowly my anger subsided to a great extent which I think is a good side of me.
Usually I get angry when someone blames me without doing anything wrong or someone tries to prove me guilty or falsely accuse me. Also, I get angry if someone talks too much about small things or insults me in front of others. There are times when I don't like any kind of teasing but at that time I still get angry if someone teasing me about something important. So I can say in a word that I get angry only if something is imposed on me against my will.
Basically, it's not that I get angry very quickly, but if I feel bad about someone else's actions, I forbid them to do that action in front of me in advance. Still, my temper gets hot if the actions I dislike are repeated in front of me. In this case, it can be said that my temper does not heat up very quickly, and my temper does not heat up very late either.
There is one thing I always keep in mind and that is to guard my mouth. This means that if I speak less when angry then the situation will take less time to normalize and if I keep my mouth in the moment of anger then the situation will get worse so I try to control my anger by myself.

I try to control my temper as much as possible.
If human anger or rage is normal then I can consider it as a friend but on the other hand if anger is excessive then I must say that anger is our enemy. Because sometimes anger is needed to protect itself and excess anger can never protect itself. Anger and anger are involved behind the creation of chaos in the society. Due to anger, people indulge in various vices which later lead to various disturbances in the society including fights, so in this case I compared excess anger to an enemy.

Anger is my friend when anger benefits me. Otherwise excessive anger is my enemy.
I think anger can be controlled to a great extent by religious education and guarding the face. If we notice, we will see that anger is responsible for the chaos, fights and various disturbances in our society, so we should not be angry for a while but be patient at that time. Also, when we see chaos somewhere, we will leave that place because this chaos can create anger in me. In a word, to control anger, we need to guard our face along with religious knowledge.

Anger can be controlled by guarding one's speech through patience.
