Assalamu alaikum to all my dear friends hope you all are well and healthy wherever you are and I am fine by the grace of Allah today I am here to participate in a recipe contest I want to thank Jyoti-thelight who is so beautiful in among us. Organized a contest Through such contests we can learn all food recipes which is very dear to me and that's why I am interested in participating in this contest.

Today morning I finished my breakfast with khichuri and fried eggs khichuri I made it with different types of dal which I think is very necessary and beneficial for the body also some dal should be included in the baby's diet daily so I can make healthy food for my baby Made dal khichuri and also eating egg in morning is very good for every human body so I fried egg and made it for morning.

For lunch today I have hot white rice because rice adds the necessary carbohydrates to our body which is very necessary for our body our body needs rice to supply energy but should be in portion size and mature amounts along with this I have made a major fish recipe today maguro fish I have identified major fish recipe for today's lunch as it is very beneficial for the body and very necessary for the children's body and brain events.

the evening today I have popcorn I don't like to eat oily stuff or junk food thinking about my baby's health so I make healthy snacks at home and also I try to have some fruits in the evening Today I cut two mangoes Mango contains many nutrients ranging from vitamin C to various minerals that we get from mango so it is a very beneficial fruit for our body.

Bengalis eat a lot of food throughout the day but try to eat less at night and medically and if it is said that eating small food at night is good for the body, that's why I made a delicious recipe with egg bread tonight and kept it for dinner and with it. Having a cup of hot milk is very beneficial for our body and children should include milk in their diet almost every day contains nutrients, it helps the bones and teeth of children to be strong , so milk should be included in the daily diet of children or a cup of milk should be fed to them before going to bed at night.

Today's food I have tried to prepare it in a very healthy and tasty way, not only today but every day I try to cook whatever food I cook so HEALTHY that the quality and quantity are right so that our body does not have any problems but the food goes to our our body. @tammanna Are you pregnant?, if so your child will be very healthy because the meals you have taken are so nutritious and go for baby health, pregnant women are very selective when it comes to choice of food, does it happen to you, like you long to eat what is not readily available.
