Happy Eid to all today I am starting this recipe contest first of all I want to thank@jyoti-thelight who organized such a beautiful contest among us I enjoy this recipe contest today because here I can present my daily food recipes and all my friends. Learn about food recipes just like today what food I eat all day and healthy way what food all day I have attached in my recipe all I will mention in this contest of mine but let's start without delay.
MORNING TIME |

This morning I completed my morning with egg and khichuri in the beginning. In the morning I always try to include eggs in my diet. egg is essential for every human body. Because of this egg, we can stay healthy and whole throughout the day and this egg is used to give our body an energy boost throughout the day. It helps a lot so I try to have eggs in the morning and try to have something like rice bread with it.

Now that the season of Eid is going on and on this Eid of Qurbani all the people are eating more or less beef roast, in our house too, everyone likes beef roast or fry , today in our house we had a beef roast with hot rice and this beef with different kinds of spices and oil. The roast takes quite a bit of time to prepare this roast takes around 2 hours. There is no need to add much water. -10 minutes of deep frying makes this beef fry that is delicious to eat and has an incomparable mouthfeel.
AFTERNOON TIME |

Today I had a pomegranate and ripe mango for an afternoon snack now mango season is going on and mangoes are eaten almost every day at home so today I had mango for an evening snack Mangoes are rich in nutrients and eating a whole mango is like filling a stomach pie so mangoes are a must in the diet this summer Should be kept and my son loves currants very much so gave him currants in the evening and currants also have lots of vitamins. Currant is a very tasty fruit which can be consumed as juice.
DINNER TIME |

It's very hot and have been eating a lot of oily food all day these few days of Eid with beef extra fat is entering our body so at night I am taking some light food now so tonight I tried to have some rice with banana and milk and it's my stomach Keep cool and calm with it and keep my body healthy because banana gives a lot of nutrients to the body and helps to keep the stomach cool and milk is very necessary and a very nutritious drink.
