How are you all my friends hope all are well and alhamdulillah I am very well today I am here to participate in a food diary game contest so I first want to thank @jyoti-thelight who organised such a beautiful contest for us every week Here we can mention the daily meal arrangements which I like very much and it has become a habit but today also I am mentioning my daily meal recipes here hope you all friends will enjoy but let's start without delay.

MORNING TIME

Today was not normal like other days because after waking up I could see rain instead of sunshine and it was raining in torrents. We were here and stood on the balcony for a while in the pouring rain. It felt perfect and my mind calmed down. So this morning I had boiled flour bread with fried egg and beef and these dishes are very popular with all my family.

LUNCH TIME

In the noon I thought to cook some vegetables because vegetables help our body and stomach to be calm and healthy also if we eat spicy or oily food all the time the body is likely to get worse so today I tried to cook some vegetables today in the noon I had some of them I made rind with rind bhaji and rind bhaji has plenty of vitamins in vitamin A and c Also Today I made a vegetable recipe by adding some Puishak and some extra vegetables which I will show you here with the recipe let's start without further ado,

Here are the ingredients I will need to prepare my vegetable recipe

Cuchur Mukhias much as
potatoas much as
eggplantas much as
onionas much as
green chillies6 pis
salttwo spoons of
dry chilli powderone spoonful of
cumin powderone spoonful of
coriander powder1 spoonful of
turmerichalf a spoonful of
oilas much
gingeras much as
garlic pesteone spoon
It is possible to prepare vegetable recipe very easily with all these ingredients but let's now know its preparation method step by step
STEP 1

First, cut all the vegetables into small pieces and take a pot,

then wash the vegetables very well and take them in a pan,

then add all the spices in quantity on the vegetables,

then rub the herbs and vegetables well with your hands,

then put the curry in oven and cook it well for 10 to 12 minutes.

Then came the evening breakfast in stages. Today evening breakfast was allotted several dishes because first I cooked semai for evening breakfast. It is raining and my husband want to eat some pakoras so I made potato pakoras had to make the so-called potato balls and for this, we could eat some very interesting and delicious food this evening.Then, eatting guava.

Due to the rain all day, the body and mind have accumulated laziness so at night, I didn't want to wait any longer and the normal feeling of the mind was not working so I prepared for dinner early tonight I made a delicious recipe of beef with some gourds and Along with this I made rice pumpkin bhajiRice pumpkin bhaji is very tasty and during hot season rice pumpkin is available in market in abundance and rice pumpkin recipe is very useful for us to fill water deficiency in body.

CONCLUSION

Thus a healthy and beautiful rainy day we spent delicious food put in our food recipe ate both mind and stomach filled with peace and then waited to give a peaceful sleep hope all my friends enjoy my post see you next time Until the post comes, everyone will be fine.
