Greetings everyone

How's everything going? Sharing my power up activities as a post is something I love doing in steemit alot most especially in the form of a contest like. I love powering up my steem because it gives me joy each time I see my steem power increasing, right now am targeting 600 steem power and once I achieve that, I will begin to target 700/750 steem power. I thank @jyoti-thelight for organizing this contest.

My power up process

I will now begin th display of my previous power up activity which I carried out less than 4 hours ago. I only have 4 steps to present to you guys today and I hope those newbies who doesn't know how to power up their steem will learn something new in my post today. The following are the steps.

Step 1

After opening my steemit wallet, I looked at my steem and saw that it was 11 while my steem power was 527. I then decided to power my 11 steem immediately.

I clicked on the arrow beside the number of my steem and a small page popped up, showing me different options in which I clicked power up because my intention was to power up.

Step 2

Immediately I clicked power up, another page opened and I was told to type the number of steem I want to power up, in the rectangular box provided.

Since this contest is all about powering up all our available steem, I type 11.520 steem and clicked the power up button.

Step 3

Moving to the next step, I was assigned to insert either my active key or master password in other to complete the process.

I went to the file my keys were and copied my active key, is the key I prefer copying and pasting in times like that. As soon as I pasted the key, I clicked on the sign in button and the process became successful.

Step 4

To confirm the steem growth activity was successful, I viewed my wallet properly and discovered that my steem was now 0 while my steem power became 539.

I can remember how my last powering up activity made me to obtain 500 steem power, I was excited that my steem power was finally 500 that day.

Importance of powering up

When we power up in steemit we are greatly helping ourselves the most and not others because we benefit alot when we power up, the following are the importance.

• It makes us to be in a club.
• It increases our steem power.
• It increases the price of steem.
• It makes the steemit team to trust us.
