How are you everyone?? Hope all of you are happy and nice by the grace of Almighty Krishna. Today I am here to take part in this beautiful powerup contest. Thank you so much dear @jyoti-thelight for arranging this nice and beneficial contest every week for us.

Today I have powered up half of my steem to maintain my club status. So I am going to share the full process of my powerup with you..

Step 1,

I had 60.260 liquid steem in my wallet. I divided the number by two to power up half of my steem.

As you see in the picture, there is 60.260 steem and 148.328 steem power in my wallet.

Step 2,

Then I clicked the small arrow beside the steem amount. From the shown options, I select the power up option. A new page come where I wrote the amount of steem that I powered up. Then I clicked on power up.

Step 3,

A new page come with memo for confirmation, where I clicked on Ok.

Step4,

Then next page come. Here I signed in with my active key. I just open my key pdf copy my private active key and then paste it in the given gap. Clicked on sign in and power up is completed here.

Now I have 30.130 steem and 178.451 steem power finally after powering up.

Importance of powering up

Power up is essential to maintain a club status always. This may be club5050, club75 or club100. At least half of your steem must be powered up so that you can be included in club5050. Without any club you cannot participate in any contest organized by communities in steemit. You must power up regularly in every month to get support from curators and to maintain club status. So let's power up regularly and build a stronger steemit.
