It's time for another power-up. I have become a regular participant in this contest. Each time I power up, I visit this community to look for this wonderful contest organized by our dear friend @jyoti-thelight. It has been a great inspiration to accumulate Steem and participate in this contest.
As you can see in the above screenshot, I have been powering - up regularly. A Power up brings us closer to a bigger achievement on this platform. As I have always shared, there are many benefits that we can bring to the community on this platform. Accumulating Steem is just as accumulating power on Steem. Therefore, It's just your hard work that pays off wonderfully.
This contest is a wonderful reminder for us to power up our Steem. We will keep this motivation and keep joining this power-up contest. So, I'll give a quick brief on why powering up is important:
Maintaining club status is important as it is a basic contest rule.
Powering up enables you to achieve different milestones on this platform which reflects the user's growth and the ability to create an influence on the platform.
The amount of Steem Power can bring recognition and earn badges in different communities.
It also unlocks your path to becoming a MOD or a community curator.
The more SP you have, the more you can create an influence on this platform. It's always a long-term commitment and dedication.
I hope by reading the above points you have got a better idea of why powering up is important. Just as I said the importance let's go and check the steps to Power up:
- I have logged into my wallet, I have 200 Steem that I will be powering up today. (My wallet before Power-up)
- I will click on the dropper and go to the tab Power up
I enter the amount I'm planning to power up. (Here I clicked on the balance)
Login with your password and confirm your transfer to vesting.
- Your transfer to vesting has been completed successfully. (My wallet after Power-up )
