Ok first of all before I continue, I would love to briefly give a definition of Employment. So employment from my own perspective is "the act of rewarding a person or people for rendering services." It can be seen as an act or rewarding a person for conditions which have met.
For example; If the Steemit Platform had an issue with their website, and then am been employed to solve that problem, as a Web-developer. Then at the end am being paid for fixing that problem. If such occurs again I will be contacted.
Or more also a company who has need for Secretary, and I having the skill and knowledge of how the office of a secretary is all about, am being employed, chosen or selected to work as a secretary for that company (Not excluding interviews)
That is what I refer to as employment..

What Are The Most Popular Employment In Your Country?

my country they are lots of jobs available. These jobs or business are being spread all over the country, such as;

• Supermarkets
• Eateries like; *_"Crunches, Foodafairs, D' Choice, Kilimanjaro, Chicken republic, Dominos Pizza which is owned by a white man, etc.
• Phones and accessory shops
• Computer centers etc
• Schools; secondary and primary schools, universitys an Polytechnics.
  (both private and public).
• Hair dressing salons for ladies and barbing salons for Men.
• Factories; bread, oil and many others.
• Laptops and phone repairing centers.
• Gas (for cooking cylinders), petroleum, kerosene and diesel stations. Which are numerous in some part of the country.
• Traders
• Mattress company
• Construction companies, which are quite countable though numerous.

Do You Believe "AI" Will Help or Create Problems in Job Market?

Well from my own point of view, "AI" plays both or should I say say it has both disadvantages and advantages.

Under the "advantages", AI can help solve quite some numbers of problems, like when it comes to algorithmic trading, mathematical expressions, heavy duties which humans feel lazy to do, weather prediction, and digital manipulation and many others which it has made life a bit easier and pleasurable. But when it comes to it's "disadvantages", alot of evil can go on. AI could be used to monitor, disturb, kill and destroy Lives and properties. And when it comes to the market sector, or job areas, AI could be a mark of replacement. Because where human are vulnerable to stealing, lieing, and imperfection, in-accuracy, AI could beat humans in the scale of 100% or 90% . Except the fact that they can't breath, eat and reproduce or even excrete and many others...

How To Reduce Rising Unemployment

Actually in these matter or aspect I would say that they are many ways of doing this.
One of they ways the "rising of unemployment", could be reduced is through;

1. Creating of jobs by the Government;
   In these aspect the government of a state or country takes up full responsibilities of creating and providing jobs for citizens of the country or state, which will reduce the number of crime in the country.

2. Self-employment; these aspect is solely the responsibilities of the citizens of a state or country, to create entrepreneurship skills that would benefit the society, and themselves too...
