The post that I have selected as one of the best posts of the week is a wonderful engagement challenge in the Steem for Ladies community. The engagement challenge has an interesting topic titled raising boys and girls.

Many Steemians participated in this engagement challenge, but I was not able to share my opinion because I was a bit busy although I would have loved to participate. The post which I have selected as the best belongs to @saintkelvin17

Write about the author of the post.

Well I do not know much about the author, saintkelvin17, the reason is that we have never met each other, we only knew each other through this amazing Steemit platform, but the little I know about this author is that,

Saintkelvin17 is from Delta State, and he is Edo by tribe, he is the first child of his parents, a very young and hardworking person who is always ready to lend a helping hand in a way that he can, and he is always working hard to fulfill his role as the first child, also trying his best to leave a good example for his younger ones.

Saintkelvin17 is always working day and night to achieve his dreams and to fulfill his duties as the first male child, he is also currently pursuing JAMB but never gets distracted by his work or lessons he is always focused and consistent. I would love to be a hard-working person just as he is because I am also the first child so I would love to be as responsible as saintkelvin17.

Reason for selecting the post.

The reason why I selected the post of saintkelvin17 is because in his post he was clear and straightforward, he told us the different roles of the members of the family and how every member must carry their responsibilities appropriately.

He also went further to tell us why it is very important to live a good life for our younger ones and for the parents why it is also important for them to be hardworking and live a good life so that their children would follow their footsteps, just as he is following the footsteps of his father by being hard-working and consistent,

Saintkelvin17 did not stop there he also went further to tell us the reason why boys and girls can not be raised in the same way, and I agree with him because he gave us a specific reason why they can't and should not be raised in the same way.

What did you learn from this post?

From the post of saintkelvin17, I learned that I need to be a hardworking person as the first child, although I already knew that as the first child, I should be hardworking I got to learn from his post that I should increase my hard work.

I should also try to live a good life because I am the first child and my younger ones will follow in my footsteps so I should live a good life so that they would also be good. With these lessons that I have learned I will always try my best to work hard.

Would you recommend this post to other readers? Why or why not?

Yes, I would love to recommend this post to everyone it does not better whether you are the last child because you will become a parent someday and you will still need this post because it talked about how a parent needs to set a good example for their children.

I'm inviting @jasminemary, @moyeon, @tripple-e, and @dave-hanny
