Contest : 2025 Vision: A New Year’s Reflection

The year 2024 came to an end, many things happened, some gave us joy, others filled us with sadness, one more than another disappointment and here we are standing with faith and hope that everything will be better, the important thing is to have health and life to achieve and go after our dreams.

What are your goals for the new year?

This year I want to focus on my health that I have a little neglected because I do not like to go to the doctor, I have had some symptoms that are not normal as the continuous headaches I have taken painkillers and they calm down but ideally I would like to have a medical study.

I also want to resume my morning walks more often the last month I took sporadic walks, these help me to control stress, I have the purpose of eliminating refined sugar to help my health as it is super harmful, de I would like to know and explore other places in my country this depends on how my economy is,

How will you make a positive impact this year?

I have always liked to help other people that gives me a lot of satisfaction to make a difference, this last year I did not do it as I should because my economic situation was different, but it is something I like to do sometimes small acts of kindness however simple they may be can make a difference in someone's life, it does not have to be big things.

I believe that there are three viruses worse than COVID 19, they are depression, loneliness and anxiety. I want to be that person who is simply present if I am needed, even if it is just to cry, to help a person in those difficult moments.

What did you learn last year?

This year was not easy I had an emotional growth that impacted my life in a positive way I understood that there are situations that we can not control we must learn to wait, I learned to stay away from people who do not bring anything positive for many perhaps it is a childish attitude, but I call it peace and if I get it means moving away I think it is the best

I can say that I gave priority to my emotional stability, cultivate patience is not easy we all think differently the important thing is to respect the other this already knew it only now I practice it more, This year was a constant challenge that put us to the test I learned to wait for the right time everything in life has a positive purpose in life although at the moment it may not seem like it.
