What are your New Year resolutions?

The new year is always a turn of the page and an opportunity to dream new things, along with reigniting your spirit. This year I will try better, be more discipline productive and empathetic. I want to be more hearted in my time management, handle the backlog of projects and promise self-improvement. I will also strive for a better work-life balance so that I can be around family and the things that make me happy and fulfilled. For the spiritual end, seeking to commune with God through habitual worship.
Meanwhile, in my career, I am determined to learn new skills that are relevant to my field and expand my professional network.

How will you make a positive impact this year?

To make a positive impact, I plan to start from my immediate environment. I want to be less selfish and more of a person who is attentive on what those near and dear to them, family or friend, society need. Giving (time/energy/ material) anything is one little thing that can change a lot. I also want to be active in social activities, such as educational programs or helping those who are less fortunate. In my work, I try to give maximum results to inspire my colleagues and create an atmosphere that supports collaboration. On social media, I want to spread positive messages and share experiences that can motivate others to grow together.

What did you learn last year?

Last year taught me many valuable lessons. Last year also taught me to appreciate time with family more and to respect every little moment in life. No less importantly, I learned that every mistake is part of the learning process. All of this is the basis for me to live the new year with more wisdom, enthusiasm, and optimism.
