Mixed Fried Vegetables Recipe

Hello dear steemit-Turkey users, valuable people.

I want to give you a nice and practical recipe. It is a particularly preferred recipe for summer days.
The best part of this recipe is that you can eat as much as you want, but you won't gain weight.
About a year ago, I met Karatay nutrition. I have completely changed my diet. I lost exactly 15 kilos in 6 months. Unfortunately, my motivation has been disrupted for a few months. I hope I can go back to my old regime as soon as possible.

Let's go back to our recipe now. Mixed vegetable fries. Does not fry and weight gain. Isn't it perfect?

We make this frying with olive oil and bake it in the oven. Thus, our food is cooked before our fat turns into trans fat.

I made my vegetable preference from vegetables that do not contain starch. After I met Karatay nutrition, I stopped running out of potatoes.
The vegetables I chose for frying;

  • Zucchini
  • Eggplant
  • Pepper

Other necessary materials are;

  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Salt, pepper, chili pepper

First of all, I chopped the vegetables I washed in the size I wanted. I recommend you not to chop too small or too large. Then I placed it on a baking tray that I greased.

I mixed the olive oil, salt and spices in a separate bowl. I spread the sauce I prepared on my vegetables with the help of a brush.
I cooked it in a 200 degree fan oven in a controlled manner.

While my vegetables were being cooked in the oven, I prepared a sauce with garlic yogurt next to my meal.
If you wish, you can prepare it in different sauces.

I took the fried vegetables out of the oven and let them cool for a while. Then I took it on a serving plate and served it by pouring my yogurt sauce on it.

I wanted to share with this practical indescribable.
