This will be the second in a series of random posts about music. In each post, I'll burn STEEM and donate it to this community in a 50/50 split (50% to @null and 50% to @hive-180051). I'll call it the 50/50 Music Burn. Sometimes, it might just be a random song; other times, it might be a story about music or a concert. Today, it's an HBO series many may have missed and some may have forgotten.
Back in 2014, the Foo Fighters were looking for ways to bring things together on their eighth album. In the process, they produced an HBO mini-series that documented their eight-city journey to find the right sound: Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.
The band records a different song in each city. The only episode missing is part eight, New York City. The first episode is not the best quality, but it's definitely still worth watching.

As I mentioned above, episode eight is not online or available for posting. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it ever gets uploaded and will update the post accordingly. Let me know what you think of each episode and the series overall in the comment section. As a fan of Dave Grohl since the beginning, I have to say that this is a great shot into this band's world.
