Assalamualaikum! Today, it's last day of 2023. Happy New Year 🎊 in advance. I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your life. First of all, I am thankful to my comunity, which every time brings a unique kind of contest in which all of us get a chance to present our ideas and thoughts on a particular topic.

It's a good topic because whenever we look at social media, we see it everywhere. The same debate is going on. Should you do a job or a business? Therefore, it is important to discuss this topic.

First of all, I want to tell you that I am a student and I am not doing business or job right now. But as a Steemit user and from what I've seen and read about the debates around me and on social media, I still understand that management is a technique that you acquire after a lot of experience and hard work.

Talking about managing the monthly budget, according to me, managing the budget is a little easier for a person with a job. This means that the person who works gets a monthly fixed salary and he also has an idea of the date of how long it has been received, so he divides his expenses accordingly. In this way, the employer can set his budget according to his salary.

On the other hand, if we talk about a business person, then his income is not fixed, which means that sometimes it is good in business and sometimes it is bad, so it is difficult for him to manage his budget.

If a person does anything without learning, he will never do it well, so if you have to do even a small task, it is very important to learn before doing it. If you want to get a job or start a business, education and skills are very important. Both are necessary ,If we talk about getting a good job, every job has specific requirements like education and relevant work experience. These two things are very important for the job, along with there are some personal skills that are required in personality. Such as confidence, management punctuality, honesty and dedication.

When starting any business, you need to have relevant work experience and the most important thing is risk management. It matters what your strategy is, and how you are managing risk and how you are availing opportunity. If you manage these two things, you can become a good businessman.

If I have to take up one of the jobs or business, I will always prefer business. There are many reasons for my decision, one of which is my passion to become a very good business man. A job benefits a family only and a business can benefit many people. In business, you are boss of your own, you don't have to work for anyone. Whether you are doing a government or private job, one day you have to retire from that job.

After that, the rest of your life passes like a suspended limb in our society. There is no busyness and no purpose in life is seen. At this age, many people try to start a business, but the majority fail miserably and sit at home because they don't have enough energy and don't know how to work in the market properly.

On the other hand, if you do business, it is a lifetime occupation. As you spend time in your field, your credentials become more authentic and your experience becomes more prominent. Then there is no issue of retirement.

Every day we hear about someone who has achieved success and has become a hero from zero. We have many such stories of people who have achieved success through their hard work and made a name for themselves in this world. I want to tell a story about a close acquaintance who started his business with a small restaurant and lived in a rented house at that time and now, Alhamdulillah, he has three big restaurants at different locations in the city. It is also my dream to have my own cafe, so he is my inspiration.
