Olives are known to be rich in vitamin E, that stands as a fat capable vitamin and also acts as a powerful antioxidant in the body tissues. And this Antioxidants is very important because it helps to prevent or protect the cells from danger which are cause by free radicals, which are hazardous compounds that can contribute to chronic diseases and aging. Also VITAMIN E plays an important role in the immune system, skin health, and cell communication.

SECONDLY , olives also are Rich in vitamin A, which is another fat capable vitamin that is necessary for vision, immune system, and healthy skin. For those that don't know, Vitamin A is a precursor to retinol, for instance cholesterol is a precudor to many hormones including estrogen and testosterone which is crucial for maintaining a healthy vision, and promoting growth, development, and supporting the immune system.

Oranges are particularly known for being rich in vitamin C, which is also another ascorbic acid. The VITAMIN C is an essential nutrient which is necessarily important for the development, growth, and repair of all the cells in body tissues. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps to prevents cells from mar that is cause by the free radicals.

In conclusion to vitamin C, oranges also includes other vitals vitamins and nutrients, like Vitamin A, Oranges that contain beta carotene, in which the body system may convert into vitamin A.

Talking about berries vitamin, berries are rich in a many vitamins, with few of the most prominent ones being:

Vitamin C: Berries like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries are all magnificent sources of vitamin C. These vitamin is known for its antioxidant belongings in contributions in helping to protect cells from damage and support the immune system. Like I said before, Vitamin C is also good for the developing growth, and repair of the body tissues.
Berries also works with vitamin K, which plays a key role in bones and blood health. Because it is very essential for the adequate functioning of a lot proteins in the body, containing those involved in bone mineralization and blood coagulation or clothing.
