The main purpose of fasting in the month of Ramadan is to ask Allah for forgiveness of sins by praying and worshiping. We all know that fasting during the month of Ramadan is sacred and obligatory. All these young and old have to observe fast. And fasting is very happy for me. All of us, young and old, have committed various kinds of sins and sins. Every year in the month of Ramadan, we fast and pray. If we can ask Allah as we ask and do the right worship then our life and the hereafter will be beautiful. So I will say here that fasting is a debt for us. The main purpose of fasting is to fear Allah. We can eat different kinds of food while fasting quietly. But we do not enjoy the food because we fear Allah. And ask Allah for forgiveness

How does fasting benefit a person spiritually and physically?

    gets

I will tell you about my Sehri and Iftari recipes. I usually can't and don't want to eat much during Sehri. So I always prefer boiled eggs during Sehri. And sometimes I like to eat some fruits. And during Iftar usually we make different items. I like to eat and eat such things as boots, onions, dates, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, etc. Most importantly, Sharbat is my favorite during Iftar. So I always drink sorbet and water first during Iftar. Then after finishing Iftar, I sometimes eat a little rice. But most of the time I like to eat cucumber and carrot during iftar. Cucumber Carrots They don't take much time to prepare so I find them more convenient. And we always love to eat delicious food during Iftar. And fried things in oil. Anyway this was talking about my favorite sehri and iftar food.

Tell us about what we should or shouldn't do while fasting.

The things that we are forbidden to do while fasting are. Which we should not do at all is being mentioned

  • Do not gossip about others
  • Don't lie
  • Do not quarrel with people
  • Do not steal
  • Praying correctly. And if you don't pray, it becomes a wrong act.

There are many people in our country who fast but do not pray. There are other such people who fast but do not stop stealing and do not stop lying. And always quarreling with others. So I will remind them to pray at the right time. Guard yourself from those that are strictly forbidden. Allah always guides us to the right path. So we must try to obey the words given by Allah.
