Greetings Guys!

I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Last week I organized this contest so that I could get some overview of what other people who participate in the challenges think.

The purpose of organizing this contest is not that we are going against Steemit or that we do not like the rules given by Steemit. We just wanted to know if we could develop them further with a good rule, with a good point. That is why this contest was organized.

Some people have participated in this contest and expressed their opinions and two of them are being selected as winners, which are as follows:

I want to congratulate you all for winning this contest. I request you to wait for 24 hours and you will receive your reward.

Point That User Have In Mind

I am very grateful to @steemcurator01 for dedicating a little of his time to this post of ours because some users have some points that they want to share, so I hope you will dedicate your time here and respond to them.

All the points that users want to improve or what they think are as follows:

In future contests, I would love to see no restriction for any minimum of words, because often it is not the number of words that matter but the quality of the post. I would love to have a challenge that does not ask for a Selfie, as it is a decentralized platform and I do not like to present my real face here, I am happy to present my hands and write my username but I find it is too demanding when you must present something that you made with your face.
Nowadays there are many things people steal like photos and writings so the photographs or selfies also can be easier copied and used by some strangers with bad intentions.

Most of these learning challenges are very tasking to engage in. Imagine sitting for over seven hours to make a post and it’s not rewarded. If there was a system to support the learners more even if it’s not many votes, it would encourage more participation than when the posts pay out nothing at all.
I know a lot of users who didn’t want to participate and said it’s a waste of time because the votes are not guaranteed and it’s still tasking to participate. They complain that the ones they spent money and time doing, they didn't get anything in return.
It took me a lot of perseverance to continue. Out of the 62 posts I did, 9 were selected as top posts, 26 were voted by 02 and the rest went unsupported. It was my determination that kept me pushing.
Then a system can be put in place to check the teacher's grading system and scoring. Some of the teachers were partial and tribalistic in their grading not to mention names but it was very disheartening. While some teachers were fair. We all can do better if we walk with sincerity and integrity.
Learning Challenge Season 23 has started. I hope all my friends will participate in it and do their best. Best of luck to you all.

All the rules of the Steemit Engagement Challenge or Steemit Learning are very amazing. I don't want to say any rules for the future. But I am sharing my own experience. To participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge or Steemit Learning, you have to review the assigned topics, then spend about 6-7 hours to complete a post keeping in mind the engagement task topics. Then when there is no curator support or any reward in the post, the morale is lost. I think this happens to many participants like me and they lose morale. So in my opinion, arrange some rewards to motivate all the participants. Then no participant will be disappointed and lose morale and will be more engaged.

I am very happy to see that my post has been selected in the winners list. Many thanks to @ahsansharif brother for organizing such a great contest. We have learned a lot from SLC/SEC. We have been able to develop our skills in the presence of skilled teachers and hope to continue to do so in the future. 🙂

Wooow. Thank you for the mention and selection. We hope some of the points will be taken into recognition for better experience in this ongoing learning challenge. Congratulations to all.
