Hello Everyone
I'm AhsanSharif From Pakistan
Greetings you all, hope you all are well and enjoying a happy moment of life with steem. I'm also good Alhamdulillah.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their lives. I will begin my diary with the evening of the 23rd when we started the polio work. At that time, we had to print some of our papers, which we had to use in the campaign the next day.

In Sahiwal district, which is our district, there has been a polio case due to which an emergency campaign is being conducted here. Earlier, there were only 15 districts in the entire country where this campaign was conducted, but due to the emergency, polio had to be started in the district as well. Because this case had to be covered so that the disease does not spread more. They told us three days ago and started the campaign right away, so we have some micro-plans, and some we have sheets that are used throughout the campaign. We have to take a printout of them so that we can distribute them to all the Area Incharges and all the teams that are our UCMO. UCMO is my father so I go for his help and sit on the computer and print it.

We completed all the micro-plans, and all the papers that evening and put them in an order so that they could be distributed to everyone as soon as the campaign started in the morning.

The next morning we quickly got ready and reached the hospital from where we had to pick up the polio vaccine etc. and reach our stop. Because our duty was on the bus top of Harappa station, our two teams sat there, one going to Multan and one going to Lahore. The first thing we did was get the vaccine from there. After getting the vaccine, we took out the ice packs. We kept these ice packs in a cooler in which we also had to keep the vaccine because these are the vaccines that deteriorate if exposed to even the slightest heat of the sun. So it has to be kept with an ice pack to keep it cool. And when we feed the baby, we stay in the shade so that it is not damaged by the sun.

After collecting our luggage we went straight to our Harappa station stop. The first thing we do when we go there is that we have to put a flag on it that says about polio so that people are aware that the polio team is sitting at that place and they are there. You can give polio drops to your children.

We are accompanied by a policeman for our security. Because sometimes some parents don't think this vaccine is good, they think it makes our children sick. But it is for their good that we have a security person with us. So that they can deal with such parents, the first thing we do is to take a picture with this flex and send it to both our institutions. The policeman had to send us to his institution and we to our institution.

After taking the picture, we first put the dropper on the vials of the vaccine. So that we can easily give two drops to each child through this dropper. One vial of vaccine contains doses for 20 children. We vaccinate 20 children through this vial.

After that, we filled out a sheet on which we had to make our report. On top of that, our area in-charges check us and sign us. Our UCMO signs and on the same sheet if any of our visitors also signs. We also have to make our report on it so we have filled it. It has two boxes, one box is for children from zero to 11 months and the other box is for children from one year to five years. We have to mark them separately.

As soon as we started our work, a child passed by us, whom we caught, and asked his parents to give him the polio vaccine from here. To keep your child safe, in this way, we take as many people as possible in our place to prevent them and give them this vaccine. The purpose of vaccinating him is to protect him from this disease.

In this way, we have done our duty here in giving drops to people's children. After that afternoon time came we were hungry we distributed to our team.

The purpose of distributing the team is that we were two people so we both went to eat. And the other team was one of them we called here to cover our side. Similarly, later they went to have food so we had chaman Karachi biryani near us we had our lunch with this biryani from there.

After that, we went about our duties as it was evening when our report would be completed. Today we had two visitors. One of them was from WHO and one was from DSC who came and checked us and told us what to do. Because our work was better but still they told us what is your duty and how you have to work.

Thus we completed our duty till evening. After completing the duty it was time to give our final report as we had to give our report to our area in charge. And our area in-charge has to give his report to UCMO. This is how our entire council report comes together. When the report of the whole council is gathered, then the UCMO goes to the DH Hospital of District Sahiwal.

There the UCMOs of the entire district come together and have a meeting with the CEO. If there is no CEO, then it is with AC. If there is no AC, then it is with DC. In this way, their report reaches the higher authority there and in the same way, they forward it to the district officials in their main office.

We also took our report with us and reached our hospital where everyone was submitting the report. There we first went and secured our vaccine, took our vaccine out of our cooler, and put it in the freezer. After putting them in the freezer, we then put our ice packs in the other freezer so that they would also be frozen by morning. After that we wrote our report to our area in charge, thus our final report was prepared and that report is listed above.

I have already told them that our UCMO is my father, so as soon as the report is ready, he will take it from his main office. There he submitted the report, and after submitting the report, he completed the deficiencies and then returned. And some are children who are zero-dose, meaning that they have received the polio vaccine for the first time. They have to mention their names separately and they have to do it online through an application. So that the vaccinator can also immunize them. For this, my father gave me his list and then I outlined the list.

So we spent our days protecting people's children so that we can protect their children from diseases like polio because it is a disease that does not allow us to walk. After all, it cripples our legs. Which makes us a disease of whole life.

Thank you very much to all of you for stopping by here. I hope you will like our campaign and our work. Thank you very much to all of you.

I invite my friends @josepha, @aviral123, and @rumaisha to join the contest.
