What's your understanding about Power UP?

When we convert our liquid steems to the Steem power, this conversion is known as the Steem power up.

Steem power is very important factor in the steemit platform. The more steem power we have the more we are strong. Steem power makes our account more strong and reliable. Because of Steem power resource credits of our account are increased. Resource credits are important for every transaction and every operation in the steemit platform and in the steem Blockchain.

Whenever we make posts, comments, upvotes, and downvotes our resource credits are used for their successful operation. And these resource credits are due to the steem power in our wallet. If we have high steem power then we will have huge resource credits.

If we do not havebsteem power in our account then we will not be able to perform the transactions in our account because of not availability of the resource credits.

Moreover when we have more steem power we can earn more money through the curation reward. The more steem power we have in our account we have a bigger vote value. So when we upvote others with our big vote then we get more curation reward.

If we don't have liquid steems in our account to power up. Bu my we need steem power then we can get delegations from other users as well as we can get steem power at lease. On the other hand if we have enough Steem power to support other users then we can also delegate steem power to others.

Powering up your steems Into Steem power is very simple and easy. Here is a simple and step by step guide through which you can learn how to do power up.

First of all go to your steemit wallet, then log in your account using your private active key as private active key is used to perform wallet transactions.

Here guys you can see my steem balance in my wallet. Currently I have 89+ steems in my account.

Here you can see my steem power before power up. My current steem power is sp before doing the power up.

So in order to do power up we have to select our liquid steems. Click on the steems drop down button.

Here we will see different options. And from these we can see power up option. So here we have to select power up option.

Then a new screen will appear in front of us where we have to enter the amount of steems which we want to convert to the steem power.

Here is again another screen which is like a confirmation screen. It shows the details that how many steems we are powering up and to which account. Once we have done power up we cannot reverse the process except to power down. So here we can confirm our transaction seeing all the details.

Then it is the next step to sign in the transaction. When we click on *power up" in this step the transaction is made using our private active key. As without the private active key we can not make power up.

So dear steemians my power up has been completed here. And my balance of Steem power is sp.
