"Story"

• The story was related to special tea, for this special tea we went to the place where it was made. This is a local shop but I have listened about from many people that there is a small shop whose tea is very delicious and famous. This place is located on link road, Lahore. I don't know about the specific place but it's name was Quetta Chai which is present on model town link road.

• We went to this place but before it we did some shopping on that place. We bought shoes, clothes and sweaters for the winter season. It took 2 to 3 hours for complete shopping, we were tired and walked towards the way of tea or chai.

• This tea was cooked in a mutka or a kettle type dish which is put on a stove and when the tea becomes hot it is transferred from one mutka to other one, poured between to 2 mutkas quickly. Due to this the tea is boiled and the tea leaves are mixed completely with the milk and water. The continuously heating, mixing and transfer of the tea between the matkas produce a natural and delicious taste which feels very satisfying.

• Tea a special drink, when it is hot it taste wonderful and satisfying, in Pakistan; the tradition of tea is very much. According to my village, it is a cool mountainous area and there is used very often. In the morning, at noon, evening and at night tea is consumed.
