The player tries to put the ball into the goal of the opposing team with the help of a special stick (hockey stick), which team has more goals. That team wins. There are different types of hockey like field hockey, ice hockey and indoor hockey. Pakistan, India, Netherlands and Australia are world famous in the game of field hockey. Pakistan has been prominent in hockey and Pakistan has won many gold medals in Olympics and World Cup as well.
Football is the national sport of many countries, England, Denmark, Italy, Poland, etc. This game is played between two teams. There are 11 players in each team. The aim of the game is to score as many goals as possible by putting the ball into the opposing team's goal. The team that scores more goals wins. This sport is also known as "King of Sports". Playing football requires very little resources. Just one ball and one field. For this reason, this game is played in almost every country of the world. It is especially popular in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. FIFA is a global football organization that organizes football competitions worldwide. The FIFA World Cup is held every four years and is watched intensely by fans around the world. Football has given the world great players such as Pele, Mavadonna, Zinedine Zidane, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo who are admired around the world.
Cricket is a popular game played and loved all over the world especially in South Asia England Australia and West Indies. It is also the national game of England. It is played between two teams. The objective of this game is to score maximum runs and bowl out the opposing team for less runs. There are different formats of cricket, Test cricket, ODI cricket and T20 cricket. Test cricket is the oldest format and consists of five days, while ODIs and T20 matches are completed in a single day. And T20 is the shortest format which consists of only 20 overs. Pakistan produced many memorable players like Imran Khan, Wasim Akram, Shahid Afridi and Babar Azam. Pakistan won the World Cup in 1992 which was a memorable moment for the nation. The game of cricket is a test of physical skill as well as mental strategy, teamwork and patience.
