Explanation

---

I am going to share with you how to draw a Sugar Palm Fruit (Tal). Without further delay, let's take a look at how I completed my drawing.

Step 01

To draw the Palm fruit, I first gather all the necessary materials. Then, using a pencil, I start by drawing the top part of the palm fruit on white paper. After completing the top part, I draw the bottom part.

Step 02

Next, I draw another half-cut palm fruit on the left side of the full palm fruit. In between, I draw the seed-like parts that are in the middle of the palm fruit. Some palm fruits have two seeds, while others have three. Now, I draw a few leaves between the two palm fruits. The drawing of the palm fruits is now complete.

Step 03

	Using Gell pen

I use a gel pen to make my drawing more distinct and prominent. Now, I will start coloring. While coloring, I begin with the top part of the whole palm fruit on the right side. Here, I first use light green and then apply orange along the outline.

Step 04

After coloring the top part, I move on to the bottom part. While coloring the bottom, I use a combination of black and brown. I also apply orange towards the lower section. The bottom part is colored using a combination of orange, black, and brown.

Step 05

Now, I will color the palm fruit on the left side. For this, I also use a combination of black and brown for the lower part.

Step 06

	Using light green & brown

Next, I apply light green to the outline of the seeds. I lightly apply brown in the middle sections and use a soft pastel color on the sides.

Step 07

Now, I will color the leaves. For the leaves, I use dark green and light green. My drawing and coloring are now complete.

I know about sugar palm fruit. It’s a very common fruit in Bangladesh. We have a tree at village home that grows a lot of fruit. At our house, we use the sap from this fruit to make pitha, which is a big part of our rural food culture. This Pithas taste really good. The soft 3 seed inside the fruit can also eaten. Seeds taste nice too. Sugar palm fruit found almost everywhere in Bangladesh. Each fruit cost around 50-60 Taka. If 1 Steem equal 25- 30 Taka, we need 2 Steem to buy one.
