Assalamualaikum everyone, I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your life. I am here to participate in this season 7 week 3 engagement challenge. This week's engagement challenge was an interesting topic for me so I would love to share my food diary game here.

Morning

I was not well for a few days due to a throat infection. So, I want to eat something tasty which changes my mouth's taste because due to eating antibiotics nothing tastes good.

I asked my mother to make stuffed paratha for me. We cooked fenugreek and potato last night. I don't like to eat fenugreek but I loved to eat it in stuffed form.

So, I enter the kitchen and start preparing breakfast. Thank God now there is no hurry for breakfast due to being off from university after final exams.

Breakfast of Stuffed Paratha of Fenugreek and potatoes with Fried Egg

I make dough for parathas and ground fenugreek and potato completely. Add little salt in ground fenugreek and potatoes. I make 6 to 8 small parts of dough for making paratha. I add ground fenugreek and potatoes in dough and make a round chapati. Putt it on the pan and apply oil on both sides of the paratha.

The paratha was cooked then I apply butter on it as it's my favorite thing to eat stuffed paratha with butter. I enjoyed my breakfast as due to eating medicine nothing tastes good.

Nowadays I am free from university and wanted to enjoy the freshness of vegetables and also the benefits of these vegetables. In university normally don't get time to eat something on time, due to the overburdened with classes scheduled are distributed.

I ask my mom to cook mixed vegetables like cauliflower, peas, and potatoes. I helped in cutting and I enjoyed the delicious, mixed vegetables it was so tasty that I take a sufficient amount of it with chapatti.
