Hi gooday dear steemians, it your girl @ashley-p I'm so delighted to participate in this wonderful contest organized by @suboohi, you all feel free and be comfortable as you read through my post, thank you so.
Soo the above picture reminds me of a lot that happened this day, it was so surprising and happened like it was a dream, many challenges, many trials, many attempts and lots more, but God's time is always the best and he does it well as it pleases him.
That is my mother and my immediate elder brother, his name is IKO EKUPO, and the meaning of his name in my dialet is POWER, he works with federal road safety corps, and this happened to be his very first time coming home after getting the job, everyone was happy for him especially my mother, because he has gone through a lot after so many times he has applied for different kinds of work both online and physical, but always turned out to be negative, until this last trial when he promised himself that this would be his last time of applying for any work again.
He applied again by FAITH, hoping and praying to God to be for his favour, suddenly they called him to go for screening, out of thousands of people who applied the work it was just few persons who were able to be shortlisted for the screening, then after the screening he decided to stay back until the results were out, and guess what!!! He was amongst the lucky ones that got employed, immediately he called my mum telling her the good news, she screamed over the phone with joy and laughter thanking God for prayers answered my.
Some weeks after, they posted him to a very big place and is tag "NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS FOR ROAD SAFETY CORPS", where he can have access to anyone and most likely anything at all, after he settled and resumed work he decided to visit the family for the first time with the uniform, everyone was rejoicing and sk happy to see him, even the neighbors came to congratulate him and join in the Joy. And I remembered a saying that "THERE IS LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL" He tried several times, and just like a dream it's came for his favor.
