Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S14 - W5: which is all time my favourite topic “Job or Business what's your Preference?" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business? |

Be it job or business, we have to spend according to our budget. We must set a budget according to our income and expenses, so that we do not face any problem throughout the month and all our expenses can be managed easily. We should set our budget in such a way that it meets our urgent needs.

We have to keep a certain portion of our income for them. Because we cannot live without them. Such as electricity bill, children's school fees, tuition fees, expenses on ration, cylinder, milk and vegetables. We will have to spend on this. After that, whatever is left from our income, we can spend some percentage of it for savings and some for our extra stuff.
Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business? |

To get a good job or run a business we need both skills and education. Because without skill you cannot do any work. You must have skill in some work or the other. Nowadays, people get jobs on the basis of their behavior or skill in any technology. Nowadays, different skills are required in every field. Similarly, in business too, we transact according to our understanding and if we invest in a business that gives good profits, then both are necessary. For a good job or business.

Of course, I want to be a successful business woman. Because I already help my husband in his business. Our business is not very big yet, but I want to become a successful businesswoman. Because in this we are the master of our mind and can run our business as per our own. If we have to take leave anywhere, we do not have to show our respect to anyone. Because all the decisions in our business are our own and we can further expand our business as per our own understanding and on the basis of our experience, we can also keep additional goods.
If we buy the goods directly from the factory and do not give any brokerage in between, then we can sell the goods to the customers of our shop even at a lower rate. Selling goods at good quality gives the customer a feeling of trust and credibility towards the shop.

Right now I don't have any story of my successful business. Because right now I help my husband in his business. But yes, I definitely want to share my small success with you all. A year ago I had no knowledge about Steemit. I was just a housewife, but today I wish I had been more educated. Had I also done a course, today I too would have been able to keep pace with this advancing time. So I used to feel that I have done BA but it is also useless that I am not able to make any use of it.
But today I write a little on Steemit and am slowly tasting my success. I want to achieve a lot of success on Estimate, I want to become a curator and I have many dreams about that. Today I am also able to earn some personal income, so that I can do something for my family and think of something for my children on my own.

Budgeting helps us reduce unnecessary expenses. Prioritizing the basic things at the top of our needs. I also agree with you that education and skills are very important for success.
