Weight control Fasting helps in weight loss and maintenance of current weight.
Physical cleansing Fasting cleanses the body, which helps in the case of diseases.
Mental energy Fasting also increases mental energy, which enhances mental functions.
- Milk, Dhi, and Fruits Eating some fruits or seasonal fruits like pomegranates, dates, and cucumbers with milk or dhi makes for a healthy and tolerable fast.
- Dal Chawl Eating vegetable salad, raita, and papris with dal chawl or pulao is good for health.
When I was quite young, I ate something by mistake. I did not break my fast in my life, but I must have eaten something by mistake, because if we eat something by mistake, it does not break our fast, so if the same happens with you. If it happens, do not break your fast, but break the fast at the time of breaking the fast.
