Olympic is an international gathering of sport festival whereby many people from different countries across the world to participate in sports activities. The sport festival is normally held in every four years. In this year, 2024, Olympic is held in Paris and over 200 countries avail themselves, competing in different sports games.

Explain any 3 Olympic games.

High Jumb

High Jumb game require only one person to participate and represent his or her country. High Jumb needs tactics, smartness, flexibility, a good runner to be able to have a good performance. Is a game that gives you an insight that there's nothing possible to do if you determine. The game seems to be a hard game but hard work always pays.

Hurdle race

Hurdle race is not a smooth running race. On each track, there are some obstacle( ) on the way that you need to jump. So, running a hurdle race require total carefulness for you not to be disqualified or injury yourself and you must be a good runner to win the race.

Basketball 🏀

Basketball is a game of 5 players between two team and is a game played with hand. The players of this game are tall people due to the position of where the goal post is . Basketball is usually an indoor game whereby each team or player tossed the ball, tries to score a goal through the opponent goal post.

Did your country participate in any Olympic game, what are they?

Yes, my country as shown full participation in Olympic game and am proud and happy that our country name was includes in the medal table. The great woman who breaks the record to my country, didn't just won a medal🏅but a Gold medal. She is the first Nigeria woman to win this medal with two(2) record.

This success tells me that as my country will participate in subsequent Olympic games, mor winning is await them.

No matter how long you stayed without doing it, you can still do it perfectly once you begin again. Reflecting back on my secondary school time and the Olympics games that I watched so far.

I can perfectly run 100metre race and participate is Javalin throw. During my secondary day, I remember how I was awarded by our principal because I worn a third place in Javalin throw to my school during the Akwa Ibom State Spots Week.

It's an a great experience as different secondary were there to take part in the spot and the whole four town's secondary was filled up.
