What Do You Understand By The Word Beans?

In general, Beans are an important food crop and source of protein and fiber, and they're also used in a variety of dishes and cuisines around the world.
Beans can be use in making other food like akara, moi moi i.e bean cake which is eat in everyway in our state.

Do You Eat Beans Often And Why?

Yes bean is a yummy yummy food for me because I can't stay up to a week without a plate of beans because back when I was in school I use to think that eating beans make someone to grow tall and I always have in mind to grow taller and I always eat beans everyday.

What Is Your Favorite Cooked Beans?

My favorite cook beans is iron beans because it doesn't take time get soft and it also rich in protein content and the color make it look yummy and I always like to eat it with bread and sometimes with garri.
