Hello everyone... Hoe are you all.. i hope you all are good and enjoying your life. Today i am here again yo share with this amazing contest which is all about sharing your general knowledge. I like to take participate un this contest as it is helpful not only for others but also for our self as it helps us in increasing our general knowledge.

So here i want to thanks @sahar78 gor organizing these amazing content in which i love to participate. So lets start our today's post.

Here we have three questions and we have to answer them.

What is the most sensitive part of the eye?

As all the parts of eyes are sensitive but the cornea is the most sensitive part of eye. It is the transparent outer layer amd it has many functions like it protects the eyes from external damage. Its main function is that iy reflects the light . This part of eye is innervated by many nerves endings so it is considered as very much sensitive part of the eye. Even a minor injury to this part can cause discomfort and pain to eye.

which is healthy vitamin for eyesight?

Vitamin A is considered to be the most healthy and important vitamin for your eyes sight. As it has various function. It helps in vision and adjust the changes of light also ut protects the cornea. More over it also protects the macula which is responsible for eye's central vision.

Sources of vitamin A:-
There are various things that are enrich with vitamin A these sources are sweet potatoes, carrots,mango, fatty fish, dairy products, papayas, green leafy vegetables, fortified foods like cereals e.t.c

what makes your eye sight weak?

There are so many factors that contribute to weak eye sight like genetics on the top, near work that demands focus,poor nutrition,eye damage,lack of sleep,also some medications side affects can cause your eye sight to became weak.

Vitamin A is an interesting subject.

Recently I learned that there are different forms of vitamin A. Notably, one finds carotenoids in plants. For example, carrots are high in beta-carotene.

Retinol and Retinyl are found in animal sources.

Our bodies need retinol Some people lack the ability to convert carotenes into retinol.

So, a person might consume a large amount of carotene but still have a retinol deficiency.

Yeahh.. nice opinion
