Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?

Bitter gourds (botanical name is momordica charantia) is a tropical and subtropical vine of the family of cucurbita leaf, widely grown in Asia, Africa and the Carribbean florist edible fruit.

It's many varieties differs substantially in the shape and bitterness of the fruit. Bitter gourds is a tropical vine also grown in India and china, the fruit is rich in vitamin A, C and E folate etc, similarly it also has high amounts of potassium, iron, calcium zinc etc.

Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?

Okra known in some English speaking countries as ladyfingers, is a flowering plant in the mallow family native of east Africa, it is highly cultivated in tropical, subtropical and warm temperature regions around the world.

Ladyfingers contains a high level of nutrients like the vitamin C A and K, other than this, it also contains iron, calcium and magnesium, all of these nutrients are essential for the healthy growth of our hair.

Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?

Pistachio is a native to Afghanistan, Iran and central Asia. Lots of evidence indicated that pistachio seeds were eaten around 6,750BCE, pistachio protect the eyes from been damage caused by blue light as well as macular degeneration, an eye disease that can cause vision loss as you aged.

It may also help you to lose weight, pistachio also contains significant amounts of minerals these includes potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and many more vitamins like vitamin A, C, E, B and K to the entire body system.
