Today I got up at 7:00 AM. I did basic hygiene. I took out my Gluco meter and set the clock to 🏪 mode for convenience. Fasting blood Glucose count found to be 129. I had a cup of ginger tea at 8:00AM.

I had my breakfast with Milk, Oats and Egg poach at 9:00 AM. I took two morning medicines.

I just go through the newspaper for an hour. 24 caret gold price yesterday was ₹74753 (14248 STEEM) per 10 gm including all taxes in Kolkata.

I went to our garden to water the plant and took a selfie in front of jackfruit tree.

I took shower. I had my lunch with rice, dal and boneless chicken at 1:00 PM. I ate an orange and papaya at 3:05 PM.

I again checked my PP blood glucose count at 3:00 PM . It was 143. The cost per test is 1 STEEM.

I took a nap. I had a cup of coffee. In the afternoon I went out for a stroll at about 4:15 PM. I asked the medicine shop keeper to get my medicines ready with the bill.

I arrived at a place where fishermen were weaving a fishing net. Few nets were hanging for drying which they might have used in morning for fishing. One person was winding up a dry net.

Just after two minutes walk, I arrived on Diamond Harbour Road. I bought the wollen cap wearing now from Bazaar Kolkata shop @ 8.85 STEEM.

This is a new outlet of VIVO mobile. There are at least four more mobile shop in between. Though the retention period of hand set by users have increased still new shops are coming up. This may be due to demand for 5G handset. I'm managing with 4G handset and want to continue till the network is available.

This is Behala Thana (P.S) crossing. It seems quite crowded and people are allowed only few seconds to cross the road (one of the most busiest road of the city) which is very insufficient. People were still crossing even when vehicles were allowed to take right and left turns.

I entered my lane crossing few street food hawkers. Here also I found a new fast food centre as a better option for hygienic food and cleanliness.

Now I reached the medicine shop. I collected medicines after verification. Total bill was ₹755 (33.72 STEEM) after 20% discount. I returned home after one hour. I started writing my post.

In the meantime my flattened rice vegetable pulao with paneer for dinner was ready. I will take two more medicines at bedtime.
