Hello Everyone! I am Iqra Muaaz here from Lahore, Pakistan. Today I am here to join a contest which title is 1 Picture 1 Story. As I am a teacher myself so my topic for today's contest is "A Working Woman".

Today I'll be sharing All the hardships of a working woman with you guys. So lets come towards the Story!

It is really hard to be a working woman. You should must think like a man, act like a lady, look like a young girl and most important work like a horse. 🐎 I think a successful woman is one who can build a firm foundation with bricks others have thrown at her.

Women are essential contributors to the economy. They play a significant role in the labour force and contribute to the growth and development of a business.

Well as I am a working Lady as well a mother. Its really difficult for ladies like us to manage our jobs with our houses, families and kids. We have to give proper loyal time to everything. Jobs demand for full attention, kids needs our attention as well and our house totally depends on us. Its really much challenging for us to manage everything.

As a working mother I strongly believe that we can being unique skills and perspectives to the workplace that make us effective leaders. We are able to build relationships, communicate effectively with others, and handle difficult situations with great grace and empathy. These qualities are are especially important in today's diverse.

Working women have a wealth of life experience that can be applied to our workplace. We have often faced challenges and overcome obstacles in our both personal and professional lives. Because I am a Woman i must make unusual efforts to succeed if I fail no one will say that " She doesn't have what it takes " they will say that " Woman don't have what it takes." So we should stay true to ourselves and our vision. Don't let anyone person's opinion move you. Listen and just be confident!!
