Coming towards my Special Iftar Menu, it includes 👇

• PAKORA

These delicious Pakora's are the "Jaan" of iftar menu! Without these i feel my Iftar totally incomplete. This is main dish of iftar menu made almost at every house during iftar. It is basically a blend of chickpea flour with different kind of spices and veggies.

• QEEMA SAMOSA

Samosa is a covering of dough made from All purpose blflour after kneading it. Then it is filled with different types of mixtures. Sometimes potatoes filling, sometimes vegetables and sometimes qeema. Well i liked all its kinds. It is basically liked due to its crispiness and delicious filling. Here I am presenting "Qeema Filled Samosa's". Its filling is made made by Chicken mince cooked with different kinds of spices. It tasted really so good.

• FRIED CHICKEN & CHIPS

I decided to add Fried chicken and chips in my menu as this is liked by my children. They always ask for this during aftar. It is delicious as well as healthy for kids. So fir my comfort I marinated the chicken with spices etc and did qouting of crispy Fry with all purpose flour. Then I freezed them. So whenever I have to nake them I just put them out of Freezer and deep fry them for my kids. This is special dish for my kids at iftar.

• CHICKEN LASAGNE

Cheesy Chicken Lasagne is one of my favourite dish. As I love to eat cheesy dishes. Well it is a type of Pasta, made of very wide flat sheets. Its an Italian dish made of stacked layers in f lasagna alternating with fillings in f sauces, vegetables, chicken, cheese a d different spices.

• CHICKEN VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI

Chicken vegetable spaghetti on iftar enhances the beauty and taste of iftar menu. It is liked by both kids and adults. It tastes a bit spicy but appetiting. Its aroma makes you feel more hunger! Well this is also a kind of pasta made with spaghetti, chicken and different vegetables. Its also an Italian dish which is favourite of all.

• RASMALAI

Rasmalai is a sweet dish how is this possible that you had a great feast but sweet dish is missing. Well No, its not possible at all. Meetha is the JAAN of every menu! Well this Rasmalai is ready made which I bought from Bundu Khan Sweets. Its taste was really awesome.

• STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

Strawberry delight is a charmingly pink No Bake dessert. Layered with creamy dreamy strawberries etc. it tasted so good and delicious. Mostly liked by little kods who love to eat strawberries.
