The treatment that is done with the help of herbal medicines is also called Greek medicine and Islamic medicine. It got a lot of fame and a lot of services were don.
History is a witness that under the supervision of the Muslims it flourished a lot and it became a part of the Islamic civilization and culture of Muslims. And so it entered the subcontinent from Iran and remained here as a remedy.

Method ( Ginger Tea )
This is herbal recipe that we Punjabi use in winter season. Especially in the month of December, January. This tea warm up our body and protect us from viral and bacterial diseases like influenza.
Ingredients
Ginger | According to Taste |

Mint | 1 spoon paste |
Turmeric | 1/4 Spoon |
Water | 2 Cup |
Sugar | 1 spoon , according to taste |
Method
- I have took 2 cup of fresh water. And put in a pot and keep it on flame.
- I added mint paste in it. And cooked it for a minute.
- Then I added 1 spoon of sugar in it for taste.
- I added now ginger paste in this post.
- I added Turmeric powder in it.
- I have cooked it untill I have only 1 cup of this liquid.
- Now our Ginger tea is ready.
- I strained it and put in a cup. Now my easy herbal medicine recipe is ready.
Mint
Mint is a popular aromatic herb that is easily available in our country. There are many benefits to giving. Peppermint is very useful for digestion, it helps to relieve abdominal pain and flatulence.
We use mint in our daily food. It also removes dark spots on the face. Peppermint is used to soothe cat, scorpion and snake bites. Mint chutney is also made.
Ginger
It is a herb that grows out of the ground in the form of a root. Ginger leaves are long and thin. Ginger is mostly used in gastrointestinal disorders. Ginger helps to improve memory.
Ginger helps in reducing obesity. Ginger tea is also made to help prevent colds and coughs. Ginger is used in our daily food. Ginger is very beneficial for human health.
Turmeric
It is a herb that is the root of mountain flora. It plays an important role in relieving pain and healing wounds. Turmeric is used as an remedy on the face. Turmeric removes dark spots and blemishes on the face. Turmeric is a useful ingredient to make our curry colorful and delicious.

Fennel is a very useful herb. Fennel has immense benefits. Fennel and fennel water are very useful for good sleep. Fennel is used for many diseases in children, it is also used for weight loss and is very useful in improving the eyesight of children.

Clonji is a very useful herb that helps in hair growth, it keeps the brain fresh and plays a very important role in weight loss and it has many
countless benefits.
Cloves
Clove is a very good herb used for stomach ache and toothache. Clove is used in many of our daily foods and has many benefits. A special type of oil is extracted from Long, which is very useful for various joint pains.
Syzygium cumini
Jamun is a fruit tree whose leaves, wood, skin and fruits are the cure for all diseases. Eating jamun removes bad breath. Jamun seeds cure nasal congestion Jamun wood is used to make sports equipment. By eating jamun, pimples, pimples and blemishes on the skin of the face and body disappear.
Coriander
Coriander we use in our daily food we also use it as a garnish to our food it makes our food taste delicious. Aak (Urdu name) is a common plant with a height of one yard and its leaves are broad and thick. Milk comes out from the leaves and twigs of the tree. Aak is abundant in summer. Aak's milk is used for diseases.
Its excessive consumption is harmful and can cause stomach and intestinal ulcers. To get rid of the poison of Aak, if you take out the juice of the hawk and drink it immediately, then the poison gets rid of it.
